On August 12, 2015, in Chicago's East Garfield Park neighborhood, 14-year-old Tracy Davis was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head in the 700 block of North Homan Avenue. Authorities reported that Tracy Davis, a 14-year-old girl, was playing with a firearm alongside a 17-year-old boy when the incident occurred.
