Tiarra Robinson, an 18-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on January 9, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. She was fatally shot while traveling in a vehicle in the East Garfield Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. when someone in a passing dark-blue BMW opened fire on the vehicle she was in.
