Deionte D. Harris, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on September 20, 2015, in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Harris, a former basketball player for Bogan High School, was shot in the face and thigh at approximately 10:35 a.m. in the 8400 block of South Hermitage Avenue.
