On November 9, 2015, at approximately 12:50 a.m., deputies from the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in the 100 block of Amelia Drive, located in an unincorporated area of Cahokia, Illinois. Upon arrival, they discovered 46-year-old Jermion Duran Conley, an African American male, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Mr. Conley was pronounced dead at the scene.
