Ramondo Bootchee, a 42-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2021, in East St. Louis, Illinois. On that fateful day, a triple shooting occurred, resulting in the deaths of Ramondo Bootchee and another victim, 33-year-old Brandon Johnson. The incident took place near the intersection of Belleview Avenue and North 31st Street, where the victims were found inside a vehicle.
