Jeffery Scott Montgomery, a 50-year-old white male from Fairfield, Illinois, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2015. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest, inflicted by a small-caliber handgun. This incident occurred at his home, where he was found deceased.
