Erskin Palm, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on January 6, 2016, in the Princeton Park neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Police responded to the scene around 11:30 p.m. and found Palm lying on the sidewalk in the 9300 block of South LaSalle Street with gunshot wounds to his chest.
