Dorian Hamilton, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 29, 2021, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the San Remo apartments in the Arlington area. Dorian, a young father to an 8-month-old daughter named Leilani Claire, was known for his kindness and thoughtfulness.
