Black male Jarrah Alexander, age 26, was shot on the evening of April 13, 2016, in the 14900 block of Irving Avenue in Dolton, Illinois.
Multiple 911 calls drew officers to the scene at about 7:30 p.m., where they found the 26-year-old male unresponsive on the front lawn of a home with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey and pronounced dead at 9:54 p.m.
