Jeremy Clark, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 24, 2016, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred during a dice game in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. Around 4:30 p.m., while Jeremy was playing dice on the sidewalk in the 5000 block of South Elizabeth, an unknown assailant approached and shot him in the neck. Jeremy was immediately rushed to Stroger Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 5:11 p.m. that same day.
