Tontrice Weathersby Jr., a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. Known affectionately as "Tony," he was born on October 2, 1995, and grew up in a loving family in Evergreen Park, a suburb of Chicago.
