Born on May 4, 1974, in Joliet, Illinois, Foecious, also known as "Ryan" to his close friends, was a beloved member of his community. He was the son of Lynda and Foecious Draine Sr. and had a son named Nike Draine. Foecious was known for his friendly demeanor and was cherished by many friends and family members.
