Booker T. Parrow, a 68-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on August 22, 2016, in the South Side Douglas neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, the incident occurred during a domestic dispute. The Chicago Police Department responded to the scene and found Parrow with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.
