Miguel Adan Ramirez, a 23 year old Hispanic male from Chicago, Illinois, was shot on the afternoon of October 5, 2016, while driving through the Chicago Lawn/Marquette Park area on the city's Southwest Side. Initial reports identified him as Miguel A. Ramirez, and public memorial records list his full name and age.
