Lisa Fisher, a 49-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot to death on June 21, 2017. The incident occurred on the Chicago Skyway, where Fisher made a desperate plea for help to a toll worker moments before her death. According to police reports, Fisher's boyfriend, Christopher Pena, was with her at the time.
