Arthur L. Smith, a 47-year-old African American male, was found dead on July 2, 2017, in Chicago, IL. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head, and it was ruled a homicide. Smith was discovered in a vehicle on the Far South Side of Chicago, specifically in the 13200 block of South Riverdale Avenue.
