Lenell R. Taylor, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 1, 2022, in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:10 p.m. when Taylor was standing outside in the 2000 block of West 67th Street. A white SUV drove by, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire, striking Taylor multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
