Douglas Livingston, a 24-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on September 6, 2022, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 12600 block of South Harvard Avenue. According to the Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Livingston was standing near an alley when he was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
