Adrian R. Gagen, a 21-year-old male from Chicago, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on August 27, 2017, in Oak Forest, a suburb of Chicago. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that Gagen died from multiple gunshot wounds to the back, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred during a domestic disturbance in a driveway on the 6600 block of 157th Street in Oak Forest.
