Black/African American male Jeremy Alexander Tang, age 20, was shot on the evening of September 3, 2017, in Chicago's Washington Heights neighborhood, and later died from his wounds.
Around 8:40 p.m., police found the 20-year-old in the driver's seat of a vehicle in the 800 block of West 102nd Street with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead that night.
