Jose Saraseume, a 46-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2017, in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:25 a.m. when Jose had just parked his car in the 2500 block of North Lockwood Avenue. As he stood outside his vehicle, an unknown assailant wearing a black hoodie approached him and fired two shots, fatally wounding him.
