Luis Flores, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on January 21, 2018, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Little Village neighborhood, where Luis was standing on the sidewalk when a black vehicle drove by and fired multiple shots at him. He was struck several times and was immediately transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide.
