Donald Holmes, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on January 31, 2018, in Chicago, IL. Holmes was sitting in his Jeep Cherokee with his girlfriend, Diane Taylor, when they were both shot multiple times in the back of their heads. The incident occurred on the 4700 block of West Arthington Street. Holmes was suspected of being a confidential informant for law enforcement, which led to his targeted killing.
