Thurman T. Norris, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2018, in Chicago Heights, IL. The incident occurred at a residence in Sauk Village, where Thurman lived with his cousin, Nino T. Smith, a 42-year-old African American male. According to reports, an investigation revealed that Nino fatally shot Thurman before turning the gun on himself in an apparent murder-suicide. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
