Michael Overall, a 23-year-old African American male, was found shot in his car in Chicago Heights, IL, on November 11, 2017. At approximately 4:16 a.m., officers discovered Overall in the driver's seat of a blue Chevrolet Impala with a gunshot wound to the head.
