Warren W. Strenger, a 26-year-old male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2018. The incident occurred in the West Chatham neighborhood, where Strenger and two friends were on a lunch break, walking through the parking lot of a strip mall in the 200 block of West 87th Street.
