Traenez Brown

Traenez L. Brown Jr., a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2018, in Cahokia, Illinois, a suburb of East St. Louis. The incident occurred when police responded to a report of gunfire on Westwood Drive. Upon arrival, they found Traenez Brown and two other individuals, both aged 16, who had been struck by gunfire. Unfortunately, Traenez succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the other two victims were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
