Joshua E. Campbell, a 22-year-old African American male from Romeoville, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on August 4, 2018, in Chicago. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, Campbell died from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred while Campbell and a woman were attempting to flee from a shooting in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago.
