Antwon Clayton Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on August 12, 2018, in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. in the 15700 block of Marshfield Avenue. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, Clayton was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a series of violent events that plagued the area during that period.
