Juwan Benson, a 17-year-old African American male from Harvey, Illinois, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2015, in a shooting incident at a gas station located on the 14700 block of South Wood Street in Harvey. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Juwan, accompanied by his mother and three others, entered the gas station.
