Taijean Hall, a 17-year-old African American male from Harvey, Illinois, was tragically shot dead on August 14, 2018. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the Express Drive Thru Food Mart in Harvey. Taijean, who was affectionately known as "TaeMoe," was a promising athlete, wearing jersey number 4 for the Thornton Township High School varsity football team.
