Jasmine Jackson, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 31, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. Jasmine was fatally shot in the head while walking with her boyfriend in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. The incident occurred in the 4300 block of West End Avenue, where Jasmine and her boyfriend were ambushed by two assailants.
