David Quiroz, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on November 13, 2018, in Chicago, IL. He was found dead in his car in an alley in the Little Village neighborhood, between Kolin and Kostner avenues, near 27th and 28th streets. The discovery was made by Chicago police officers who were responding to gunshots detected by a ShotSpotter sensor.
