Jeremy Head, a 28-year-old man from Chicago, Illinois, was tragically shot to death on August 9, 2021. The incident occurred in a laundromat located in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. Around 3:30 p.m., Jeremy Head was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Despite immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his identity. Another individual, a 69-year-old man, was also injured in the shooting, sustaining a gunshot wound ...
