Jatoine Jackson, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on November 22, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. He was discovered lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the 1200 block of West 96th Street after witnesses reported hearing gunfire around 11:46 a.m. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Jatoine Jackson succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
