Tramaine Larry, a 49-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 22, 2022, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m. when Tramaine was on the sidewalk in the 2200 block of South Springfield Avenue.
