Michael Bowers, a 52-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was found dead on June 3, 2015, in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in the Rogers Park neighborhood, specifically on the 1500 block of Chase Avenue. Michael Bowers died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a suicide by the Cook County medical examiner's office.
