Eduardo A. Garcia, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 1, 2020, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Eduardo was standing on the street at approximately 11:37 p.m. when a black sedan approached, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire. He was struck multiple times by the gunfire. Friends who were with him at the time rushed him to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:50 p.m. An autopsy confirmed that Eduardo died from his guns ...
