Eduardo A. Garcia, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 1, 2020, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Eduardo was standing on the street at approximately 11:37 p.m. when a black sedan approached, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire. He was struck multiple times by the gunfire.
