Robert T.C. Anderson, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 2, 2018, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Anderson was sitting in a parked vehicle around 2:55 a.m. in the 5900 block of South Elizabeth Street when an unknown assailant approached and fired multiple shots into the vehicle. Anderson was struck several times in his body and was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:13 a.m. by the authorities.
