Rodney Bell, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on March 25, 2019, in the South Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:40 p.m., in the basement of a building located in the first block of North Lorel Avenue.
