Lenell Deandre McClain, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 31, 2020, in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. According to reports, McClain was driving in the 900 block of East 93rd Street around 8 p.m. when someone in a dark-colored Grand Prix opened fire. He was struck multiple times in the head, causing him to crash his vehicle moments later. McClain was pronounced dead at the scene.
