Jennifer Lynn Miller, a 44-year-old woman from East Dubuque, Illinois, tragically passed away on April 21, 2019. Jennifer, who was born on January 31, 1975, in Peoria, Illinois, was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was employed at Wendy's in Dubuque and was known for her dedication to her family and her community.
