Roosevelt Anderson Jr., a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2019, in Danville, Illinois. Anderson was found lying in the roadway on the 900 block of Redden Court, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to Carle Foundation Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
