Tavaris Trimble, a 26-year-old African American male from Dolton, Illinois, was tragically found dead on June 29, 2019, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred around 5:33 a.m. when residents near the 3200 block of West Huron Street heard gunfire and discovered Trimble unresponsive in a gangway.
