William Granados, a 16-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on August 10, 2019, in Chicago, IL. He was riding in the front seat of a vehicle in the Little Village neighborhood when someone opened fire from the sidewalk, striking him in the head. The incident occurred around 1:53 a.m. in the 3400 block of West 24th Street. Granados was immediately taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
