Dion Bell, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 21, 2019, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood of Chicago, IL. According to reports, Bell was standing on the sidewalk in the 7300 block of South Blackstone Avenue at approximately 1:27 a.m. when someone in a black sedan opened fire on him.
