Eugene Broach, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 5, 2021, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 12000 block of South Lowe Avenue. According to police reports, Broach was running south when two men opened fire, striking him multiple times in the body.
