Irvin Garcia, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot multiple times while seated in his vehicle on Christmas Day, December 25, 2019, in the Belmont Central neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2:35 a.m. in the 5800 block of West Belden Avenue. Following the shooting, Garcia's vehicle collided with three parked cars. He was transported to Loyola University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on December 30, 2019.
