Thaddeus Flanagan, a 29-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on November 23, 2018, in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred at approximately 10:08 a.m. while Flanagan and another man were sitting in a vehicle in the 900 block of West 50th Street.
