Sherry Banks, a 62-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically murdered on May 12, 2017, near her home in Edom, Texas, while driving her car. Sherry was born on August 16, 1954, in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was a valued member of both the Santa Barbara and Edom communities. Sherry and her son, Richard Banks II, moved to Edom about nine years before her death from California.
